Terms of Service

Billing Diff connects to your Stripe account with your permission and scans your subscriptions for billing drift — legacy prices, ghost discounts, stale trials, and currency or interval oddities. The initial scan is free. An optional plan ($29/month) unlocks every dollar figure and adds daily monitoring with email alerts.

When you connect Stripe, you authorize us to read your billing data through Stripe’s official OAuth connection. We do not create charges, issue refunds, move money, or modify your billing. You may revoke our access at any time from your account, which also deletes your stored scan data. You represent that you are authorized to connect the Stripe account you connect.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

The paid plan is billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account’s billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

You agree not to:

• Connect a Stripe account you are not authorized to access.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Use the service to violate any law or the rights of others.

Billing Diff highlights potential billing drift for your review. Its findings are informational and are not financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice. Before changing any subscription, price, or discount, verify the details in your own Stripe dashboard. You are solely responsible for any changes you make to your billing.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every instance of drift will be detected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Draft Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost revenue or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the service and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
